Founder & Physical Therapist

Lori Linville-Petrik, PT

Lori graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Physical Therapy Program at the University of Kentucky in 1994. She began her PT career at Craig Hospital in Denver — consistently ranked among the top rehab hospitals in the country for spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury.

A 1998 travel therapy assignment brought her to the Bullhead/Laughlin area, where she fell in love with the dry desert climate and the close-knit community. After several years working for other practices, she opened Paragon in 2010 with the vision of a clinic that treats patients the way she’d want her own family treated.

Lori has a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and managing joints affected by osteoarthritis. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking the Black Mountains, kayaking on the Colorado River, and spending time with her family.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Trey Salem, PTA

Trey was raised in Kingman, AZ and graduated from the first PTA class at Mohave Community College in 2010. He has worked across acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings — bringing a versatile clinical eye to every patient.

A husband and father of four, Trey is an outdoor enthusiast who spends weekends with his family on the river or in the mountains.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Patty Lang, PTA

Patty joined Paragon in 2022 after a long and varied career — beginning in acute rehab, then nursing home settings, before transitioning to outpatient physical therapy in 2008. Her clinical breadth means she’s seen almost everything an outpatient clinic can encounter.

Patty is known among patients for her calm presence and her ability to make even the most apprehensive first-timer feel at ease.

PT Technician

Dann Perry

Dann is a local Laughlin graduate who first came to Paragon as a patient after a knee surgery. He returned later as a PT Technician — and now keeps the gym, equipment, and daily flow of the clinic running.

His patient-side perspective makes him especially good at meeting new patients where they are and explaining what to expect.

Office & Billing Manager

Riley

Riley joined Paragon as a receptionist and was recently promoted to Office & Billing Manager. She handles insurance verifications, scheduling logistics, and the dozens of small details that keep a clinic running smoothly.

Denise, CMA

A certified medical assistant with over 30 years of experience in family practice and urgent care, Denise brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to the front office. She’s our go-to for insurance questions, prior authorizations, and helping patients navigate the paperwork side of care.
