Founder & Physical Therapist

Lori Linville-Petrik, PT

Lori graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Physical Therapy Program at the University of Kentucky in 1994. She began her PT career at Craig Hospital in Denver — consistently ranked among the top rehab hospitals in the country for spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury.

A 1998 travel therapy assignment brought her to the Bullhead/Laughlin area, where she fell in love with the dry desert climate and the close-knit community. After several years working for other practices, she opened Paragon in 2017 with the vision of a clinic that treats patients the way she’d want her own family treated.

Lori has a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and managing joints affected by osteoarthritis.

Lori competed collegiately in Track and Cross-Country for the University of Kentucky. She has continued running over the years and you will often find her out jogging at one of the local parks when not in the clinic.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Edward “Trey” Salem, III, PTA

Trey was raised in Kingman and graduated from the first ever PTA class at Mohave
Community College in 2010. He has been working as a Physical Therapist Assistant for
16 years with experience working across acute care, home health, and outpatient
settings.

Trey recently earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and is
pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy demonstrating his commitment to the
Physical Therapy profession.

A husband and father of four, Trey is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys adventures with
family on weekends.

PT Technician

Dann Perry, PT Tech

Dann is a local Laughlin graduate who first came to Paragon as a patient after a knee surgery. He returned later as a PT Technician — and now keeps the gym, equipment, and daily flow of the clinic running.

His patient-side perspective makes him especially good at meeting new patients where they are and explaining what to expect.

Christian Clark, PT Tech

Christian grew up in Bullhead City and joins Paragon after spending several years working in the hospitality industry. He has embraced the change and loves working in an environment where he is helping change people’s lives. Christian loves meeting new people and he always has a smile and a kind word for those he encounters.

Christian recently got married and when not at work, he enjoys spending quality time with family.

Office & Billing Manager

Riley

Riley joined Paragon as a receptionist and was recently promoted to Office & Billing Manager. She handles insurance verifications, scheduling logistics, and the dozens of small details that keep a clinic running smoothly.

Insurance Specialist

Denise, CMA

A certified medical assistant with over 30 years of experience in family practice and urgent care, Denise brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to the front office. She’s our go-to for insurance questions, prior authorizations, and helping patients navigate the paperwork side of care.

Front Office

Maria

Maria has recently joined Paragon PT and Rehab and taken on the receptionist position in our front office. She grew up in Bullhead City and graduated from Mohave Accelerated Learning Center (MALC). She has spent the last several years working in the retail and hospitality industries . She loves to read books and speaks very fluent Spanish. She also enjoys staying in shape by working out regularly at the gym.

Laundry Engineer

Marcia Linville

One of our most beloved team members is Lori’s mother, Marcia, who has handled our cleaning and laundry since Lori bought the business in 2017. Beyond keeping things spotless, Marcia is the heart of our team’s morale. She loves visiting with patients and staff alike, and never leaves without putting a smile on someone’s face

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, sewing, and playing a little keno.
