Paragon Physical Therapy and Rehab is an outpatient rehabilitation facility that has been treating citizens of the tri-state community since 2010. Our location in Bullhead City, AZ is convenient to residents of Laughlin, NV and Needles, CA.

Paragon is unique in that it offers both Physical Therapy and Respiratory Therapy under one roof. Patients can be referred for Physical Therapy alone, Respiratory Therapy alone, or both. We strive to offer high-quality skilled care to our patients regardless of which therapy is needed — and our integrated approach means cardiopulmonary conditions can be managed alongside any physical limitations they may cause.

Our clinicians have decades of combined experience in orthopedic, neurological, and respiratory care. But what truly sets Paragon apart is that most of our team has called the Bullhead/Laughlin area home for years. We treat our neighbors.
