Lori graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Physical Therapy Program at the University of Kentucky in 1994. Accomplishments while at UK included receiving the Medical Center Wright Award for Outstanding Students along with being a member of the varsity track and cross-country teams.
Lori began her PT career in Denver, Colorado working at Craig Hospital which is consistently ranked as one of the top rehab hospitals in the nation in the treatment of spinal cord and traumatic brain injury patients. In 1998, a PT travel assignment brought her to the Bullhead/Laughlin area where she fell in love with the dry desert climate and has called this community home since that time.
Lori has spent the majority of her career working in the outpatient setting treating patients of all ages. She has a strong background in orthopedics treating pain and/or restrictions in the neck, back, and extremities whether caused by overuse, trauma, or the normal wear and tear associated with age. The large population of Seniors in this area has enabled Lori to gain many years of expertise in the treatment of joints affected by osteoarthritis.Lori also enjoys treating the neurologically involved patient. Her 3 years at Craig Hospital along with 3 years working as the Rehab Coordinator at an inpatient facility in Bullhead City allowed her to gain valuable experience in the treatment of patients with neurological deficits such as CVA, Parkinsons, MS, and spinal cord injury.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys running and she and her husband, Tony, spent 11 seasons coaching the Laughlin High School cross-country team."My goal has always been to help patients achieve the highest level of function possible. The true reward from this job is not just seeing patients progress in the clinic, but also when I see them out in the community a year or two later and they are still active and enjoying life."

Patty joined the Paragon staff in July, 2022. She and her husband, Jeff, moved to the Tri-State area from Pasadena, California in 1990. She began her medical career as a Nurses Aide at the Needles Hospital in the Cardiac and Acute Rehab Units. When the Rehab Unit moved to Valley View Hospital in 2005, Patty decided to further her career and return to school to become a PTA. Patty attended the Community College of Southern Nevada where she graduated in 2008.
Patty has worked most of her career in the Acute Rehab and Nursing Home settings. She made the move to outpatient PT when caring for her elderly mother demanded that she have a more flexible schedule. She has never regretted her decision to pursue a career in the physical therapy field as she finds helping patients recover from illness and injuries to be very rewarding.
When not working, Patty enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs. They spend time exploring the desert in their quads or jeep during the cooler months and spend quality time along the Colorado River during the summer.
Dann grew up locally attending Laughlin High School where he graduated in 2020. He was a 2 sport athlete playing football and baseball. It was following knee surgery in 2018 that he was first introduced to Physical Therapy. When a PT Tech position opened in 2021, Dann was eager to return to Paragon but this time as an employee instead of a patient.
